In the event of inclement weather or an unforeseen emergency, Our Lady of Fatima School will use the following procedures:
- Tune into KYW and ACTION NEWS, and listen for our school number: 502
- AlertNow Communication System:
- Non Emergency Calls (usually before school) will go out to the ONE phone and ONE email you provided. For example: No school today/Delayed Opening/Home and School Meeting tonight.
- Emergency Calls (usually during school hours) will go out to ALL the numbers you listed. For example: The weather has grown unexpectedly severe. Please come to school to pick up your child.

Children will NEVER be dismissed for any reason unless the parents are notified in advance. If weather conditions deteriorate during the day, students will be kept in school until the regular dismissal or until a parent comes to pick them up. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SCHOOL OFFICE. Thank you for your cooperation.
